2008: Ventured into Healthcare Industries, beginning with MIMS-the first NABH accredited hospital in Kerala.
2011: HK providers for Lulu International Mall, Focus Mall and Capitol Mall.
2011-till date: Consolidated with various NABH and JCI accredited hospitals like Aster Medcity, Rajagiri, RIMS, MVR Cancer Centre, District General Hospital
